What It Includes:

  • T3 access speeds;
  • Domain management;
  • Daily server backups good for seven (7) days;
  • Offsite backup storage;
  • Software licensing and management (Active PDF, IIS, Monitoring Software, SQL Server, Symantec Anti Virus Enterprise, etc.);
  • Website statistics by request (Web Trends Log Analyzer);
  • 24 hour response time on server-related issues;
  • Administrative mail server that enables outgoing email;
  • Up to 500 megabytes of disk space for use by applicants in uploading documents and creating application PDFs. (Additional space available for a fee.)

 

Technical Support

What It Covers:

CAMT Responsibility (supports agency staff)

  • Bugs, defined as:
    • Data failing to save correctly;
    • Actions by user resulting in error messages on the screen;
    • Site functions failing to perform as specified (e.g. application error checks not working);
    • Navigation errors (e.g. navigation icons failing to open correct form or webpage);
    • Javascript errors (i.e., narrative limits, auto calculations, format checking, etc.);
    • Errors in generating PDFs (repeated efforts consistently result in "Too Many Hits" error message);
  • User error, defined as:
    • Connection problems relating to our server (if the problem is unrelated to the server, then we will help identify where the problem lies);
    • Application submittal problems (e.g. email confirmation message not received by applicant);
  • Administrative issues, defined as:
    • "How To" questions regarding any part of the eGRANT interface;
    • Downloading and merging data to the agency's grants management system;
    • Explanation of site and database structure;
    • Restoration of user data from server backups (note: limited to user data from the past seven (7) days).

Agency Responsibility (supports users directly):

  • User error, defined as:
    • Browser problems, particularly problems revolving around older browsers, beta version browsers, unusual browsers (e.g. Opera, NeoPlanet, etc.);
    • Login failures related to known "cookie" and security issues;
    • Software problems (i.e., Acrobat Reader).

What It Does Not Cover:

  • Modifications (additions, removals or changes) to text after sign-off date;
  • Modifications (additions, removals or changes) to graphics after sign-off date;
  • Modifications (additions, removals or changes) to fields after sign-off date;
  • Modifications (additions, removals or changes) to site functionality;
  • Creation of new grant types;
  • Completion of tasks available to the agency via the administrative interface.
